At PropsZoo, we are committed to providing the best experience for our customers. Please review our return, refund, and cancellation policies carefully.
1. Return and Refund Policy
We accept returns and provide refunds only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged.
- The product received is incorrect.
To be eligible for a return or refund:
- You must contact us within 1 hour of receiving the product.
- You must provide clear images of the damaged or incorrect product along with your order number.
Return Process:
- Email us at contact@propszoo.com with the required details (order number, images, and description of the issue).
- We will review the request and respond within 24 hours.
Refund Process:
- If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- If necessary, we will arrange for the product to be returned.
Note: Returns or refunds are not accepted if:
- The issue is reported after 1 hour of delivery.
- The damage occurs after the product is delivered due to mishandling.
2. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order under the following conditions:
- The order must be canceled before it is shipped.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellations are no longer accepted.
Cancellation Process:
- To cancel an order, email us at contact@propszoo.com with your order number as soon as possible.
- If the order has not been shipped, we will cancel it and process a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Note: Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. You can only request a return or refund if the product is damaged or incorrect upon receipt.
